A Los Angeles judge delayed an arraignment in the Kanye West camera smash case today. Kanye West and his manager, Don Crowley, were charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft related to a 2008 incident during which a confrontation with a TMZ cameraman turned physical at the Los Angeles International Airport. The camera belonging to the pap involved was broken in the melee. Kanye is facing up to 2 1/2 years in jail if convicted while Crowley, who is also charged with two counts of vandalism, two counts of battery and two counts of grand theft, is facing 5 years.
